I am an experienced, bilingual full time Real Estate REO Licensed Broker Owner with over 25 years experience in Real Estate Sales. Currently serving as a NRBA Director and NADP Collaboration Committee. I specialize primarily in distressed property, HECM’s, NPL and foreclosure prevention and alternative solutions for distressed borrowers. I have successfully sold hundreds of properties, both residential and commercial over several platforms. My clients consists of numerous corporate clients, banks, GSE’s and private investment institutions with the handling and disposition of REO, pre-foreclosure and non performing assets. I currently help my clients navigate through the complex issues and create solutions. My coverage area is vast and wide. I cover the entire So Cal. including the Central Valley. Counties include: Kern, Riverside, San Bernardino, Los Angeles, Ventura and surrounding. I am also spend a lot of my time currently serving as a Deacon and youth Minister at my local church.
