“In 1971, immediately after college I spent 7 years as a residential broker and appraiser in Massachusetts. Through my appraisal work I was introduced to the relocation industry and for the next 25 years through company acquisitions worked with Ticor, Merrill Lynch, and Prudential. During my years in relocation management I relocated 5 times as my positions and responsibilities increased.

In 2000 I left Prudential and moved to Seattle for a change and a new opportunity. I was one of the founders of a group called TENS (The Executive Network of Seattle). TENS was a group of company executives who helped individuals with career opportunities. I felt good about what we were doing but missed real estate. When my hair became as gray as the daily Seattle skies, I trail blazed to Colorado and became involved in the Default Industry. I started with First American Asset Management and then left for an opportunity with Lender Processing Services because of their industry leadership and client base. Between the years of 2006 and 2013 we grew our client base and assets under management to over 18,000 assets. During the economic recovery our inventory of homes was dropped to under 1,500 and we decided to close the company.

Not ready to retire, I was offered an opportunity to work with PEMCO Ltd. in Denver and did from 2013 – 2017. As part of their leadership team I worked to help them grow their business through client development and the development of strategic relationships. This helped sustain PEMCO beyond their industry leadership position with the HUD account.

In 2017 I resigned from PEMCO wanting to explore possible retirement. Almost concurrently I was asked to become a Board member of ERN I had been involved with ERN since 2010. In 2013 I was asked to be their first non-practicing broker member. I believed that this relationship will allow me to transition to retirement at my own pace.

During my career I have had the great fortune of working with many very talented individuals and teams of individuals. Now in a different way I am involved with a team of some of the top real estate brokers and industry professionals in the country. Integrity and respect in both personal and business relationships has always been critical for me in my relationships and that is what this network of professionals brings to its clients, customers and each other as members.

I hold active brokers licenses in Massachusetts and Colorado and intend to continue to do so. I want to stay active and involved and give to the industry and individuals who have given so much to me.“
