When we receive an asset, we immediately launch a marketing campaign that secures the asset, including if needed, Rekeying, clean out, Cash for keys, and all aspects of property preservation, including rehabbing the property if needed, whatever it takes to get you the most return on a property.

Our quality control team monitors our properties on a weekly basis and provides written reports and photos until the asset is closed. FYI we have a 98.3% SUCCESS RATE DOING CASH FOR KEYS.

Started in real estate in 1992 in the Chicago land area! We have sold thousands of properties, our extensive experience working with asset managers, buyers, and sellers for 30 years allows us to understand every aspect of the real-estate equation, which makes working with us an incredibly smooth and pleasurable experience.
