As far as improvements, we are all going in different directions. Some are getting close to retirement, some are working the retail side, some the investment side, and etc. But, like I said above, we all see and experience something different and share it. Now I flip houses because I really enjoy it, and it is pretty lucrative, but when the market shifts, I will be happy to sell bank-owned homes again.
