Giomar Vasquez is a Real Estate and Mortgage Broker of her own company G & V Options & Solutions Inc.  In today’s market, Giomar works hard with her boundless knowledge to serve her clients and provide the best service to handle all aspects in the industry.

Giomar Vasquez, born in Ecuador, came to America in 2000 with high hopes and expectations for better options. She then started in the real estate field as a broker assistant in 2002. While working as an assistant, she began having an interest and fascination for furthering her options in this Real Estate field. In 2005.

Giomar was determined to become a Real Estate Broker in 2007.  Upon receiving her broker license, Giomar became independent and created her own company in Southern California, which she named G & V Options & Solutions Inc. After that She also obtain the NMLS License and opens the Mortgage Division.

In 2015 she also obtains her Broker License for the Florida State as well. Her main desire and motivation for working in this field is to make dreams of the families come true.

Giomar’s success has derived from treating all her clients with respect and honesty. She works to understand and recognize each of her client needs with the high value and esteem they deserve. Giomar and her company are able to adapt to the different changes in the market with professionality, assertiveness and efficiency.

Giomar’s Specialties:  

Commercial and Residential both are certified for REO and Short Sales, NPL Due Diligence. 

Coming from a Spanish background, Giomar can fluently speak Spanish also she speaks Portuguese.  Giomar is hoping that language will not be a barrier in communications for the comfort and happiness of her clients.

Apart from devoting her time and efforts to the company and clients, Giomar is a loving mother of two doting daughters Solange and Barbara. When she manages to find some free time, Giomar enjoys travelling around the world to learn of new cultures and meet new people who share her similar interests.
