Joel Davidson

Joel Davidson is an SVP National Sales Executive with an emphasis on Default Valuation and Servicing. Throughout his 30 years of experience within the mortgage banking industry, Joel has held various management and client service positions, including a role as Chief Financial Officer of Lender’s Service Inc.(LSI).  In the mid-90s, Joel developed the industry’s first division focused on valuation and title for default and servicing purposes. This unique idea remains the basis for how ServiceLink separates the origination and servicing functions of its client relationships for the products delivered.  In his current role, Joel works with most ServiceLink’s servicing clients, including the relationship with Black Knight.  Joel also managed the relocation appraisal business of LSI from 2008 to 2005.

Joel began his career as a ‘Big 8’ CPA. He is a graduate of Penn State University, with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.  He is also a graduate of the Mortgage Bankers Association’s School of Mortgage Banking (AMP).
